Does it work on resumes in non-English languages?
English is first-class at launch. CVs with English skills sections still score correctly even when other parts are written in another language. Full multilingual support is on our roadmap based on customer demand — let us know which language you'd want next.
How is this different from an ATS like Workable or Greenhouse?
An ATS runs your whole pipeline — sourcing, scheduling, offers — and costs $200–800/seat/month. CeeVeeMatch does one job: turn a stack of CVs into a defensible shortlist. Most of our customers use both. Some use us instead, because their ATS quote was 40× our price.
Can I change how much weight skills get vs experience?
Yes. Every JD has weighting sliders for Skills, Experience, Education, and Custom criteria. Drag them, watch the ranking re-sort in real time. Hiring a junior where attitude matters more than years? Push Skills down, Custom up.
Does it work for non-tech roles — sales, finance, design, ops?
Yes. Optimized for any role with a recognizable skill vocabulary — marketing, sales, finance, design, ops, customer success, even chefs and physiotherapists. The matching engine doesn't care if the skill is "React" or "B2B negotiation."
What happens to candidate data if I cancel?
Day you cancel: 30-day grace period — CVs and JDs stay accessible if you change your mind. Day 31: permanent deletion. You get an email receipt confirming the deletion in case your legal team asks.
Can my hiring manager view the report without an account?
Yes. Every shortlist has a "share read-only link" option — your hiring manager opens it in a browser, sees the ranking and reasoning, no signup required. Links expire after 7 days by default and can be revoked anytime.
