Is there a free trial?
Yes — the Free plan is free forever, no card required. You can screen up to 3 active job descriptions with 30 CVs each. Upgrade only when you outgrow it.
What counts as an "active" job description?
Any JD that hasn't been archived or moved to Trash. Archiving a closed role frees up a slot, so you don't waste capacity on inactive listings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions run month-to-month (or year-to-year for the yearly plan). Cancel from your billing settings and your access stays active until the end of the period.
What happens if I hit my plan limit?
You'll see a clear message telling you what's full and how to fix it (archive, delete, or upgrade). We never silently bill you for overages.
Do you train AI models on my CVs?
No. Your candidate data is yours. We use OpenAI's API with their data-retention controls; OpenAI does not train models on API inputs. We use only aggregated, de-identified usage signals (e.g., score distributions) to calibrate the platform.
Are scores explainable?
Yes — every score breaks down into 5 dimensions (Hard Skills, Experience, Industry, Soft Skills, Education) with per-dimension reasoning and the exact list of matched / missing skills. No black-box single number.
